The Kawai K-300 in black polish is the successor to the widely awarded K-3, showing just how much a proven piano can still be improved. At the heart of the K-300 is the Millennium III action, with acrylic/phenol key surfaces and mahogany-core hammers with underfelt. Extended keys provide even, sensitive control from the softest pianissimo to the strongest forte – ideal for learning expression and dynamics from the very start.

Full, round tone from a reinforced construction

The wooden frame has been extended to 5 back posts, and the cast-iron plate is fixed even more firmly to the frame with 2 plate support screws. Combined with the solid, tapered spruce soundboard (1.39 m², 11 ribs), the result is a rich, round tone that carries even in larger rooms.
