Big Sound in a Compact Format – Your Purely Acoustic Parlor Experience

The Shape P-313-MT-T is the perfect choice for guitarists who are looking for the intimate, focused sound and the comfortable handling of a traditional parlor guitar. The compact body makes it the ideal couch guitar, a faithful travelling companion or an instrument full of character for expressive fingerpicking – here, well thought-out design meets pure acoustic resonance.

Solid Spruce Top and the Magical 12th-Fret Neck Joint

Despite its handy size, the Shape P-313-MT-T surprises with remarkable dynamics and assertiveness. This is thanks to the solid spruce top with scalloped X bracing, which provides clear, brilliant highs and a fast response – harmoniously complemented by back and sides in mahogany, which lend the sound warmth and depth. The 12th-fret neck joint moves the bridge further towards the centre of the top: it can therefore vibrate considerably more freely, which gives the instrument more dynamics and long sustain. The wafer-thin satin lacquer supports this free vibration behaviour even further.

First-Class Playability for Demanding Hands

The bound rosewood fingerboard is fitted with specially rounded stainless steel frets (round frets) – sharp edges are a thing of the past; instead, you enjoy a silky-smooth playing feel. With a comfortable nut width of 46 mm and a scale length of 600 mm, the stable 5-piece neck offers noticeably more room for fretting, which makes this parlor guitar a dream instrument for complex chords and fingerstyle techniques.

Your benefits at a glance:

• Classic tonewood combination: solid spruce top paired with warm mahogany for a balanced sound.
• Maximum resonance: 12th-fret neck joint and a wafer-thin satin finish for optimum development of the sound.
• First-class feel: rounded stainless steel frets and a bound fingerboard for fatigue-free playing.
• Ideal for fingerpickers: 46 mm nut width and 600 mm scale length offer optimum room for precise playing.
• Charming vintage look: open tuners and delicate wood accents round off the timeless design.
