Right of withdrawal

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase from our online store, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items purchased in our store are excluded from the return guarantee.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sales items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@musik-ebert.de and send your item to: Musik-Ebert GmbH, Hussenstrasse 45-49, 78462 Konstanz.

Gifts

If the item was marked at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you'll receive a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipment

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for packaging the goods securely when returning them.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping an item over €10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
