The new PHA-50 keyboard combines wood and modern composite elements with escapement simulation and an ivory/ebony feel on the key surfaces. The result is a playing feel remarkably close to an acoustic grand piano, across all 88 keys.

PureAcoustic Piano Modeling and a vast sound palette

PureAcoustic Piano Modeling delivers unlimited polyphony for piano sounds and 256-voice polyphony for the remaining tones, out of 362 in total - from electric pianos to strings, organs and synthesizers. 45 registration memories with pedal shift plus split, layer and twin piano mode make the FP-90X just as versatile on stage as in the practice room.

Room-filling sound and flexible connectivity

Four speakers with 60 watts of total power deliver excellent sound quality, with enough headroom for smaller venues. Via the mic input with built-in effects (compressor, doubling, echo), the FP-90X becomes a complete voice-and-piano solution; Bluetooth audio/MIDI connects it wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet, for example for Roland's Piano Partner 2 app.
