1. The tenant shall pay the above-mentioned monthly rent for the instrument. Rent is due in advance: the first upon receipt of the instrument, and subsequent rents are due by the 1st of each month. The tenant hereby authorizes the landlord to debit the monthly rent from his or her account by direct debit. The landlord will inform the tenant in advance of the exact date of the debit.
2. The monthly rental payments paid will be credited at 50% towards the purchase price of the borrowed instrument upon final purchase.
A €50 deposit is to be paid by the renter, but may be fully credited upon purchase of the rented instrument.
Any necessary repairs are not included in the rental price. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.
3. Term of the rental agreement: 6 months.
If the rental agreement is not terminated at least 2 months before the end of the term, it will be extended by 6 months.
(Early termination of the rental agreement through purchase is possible at any time)
4. The seller’s retention of title shall only expire after full payment of the purchase price.
Delivery will then be subject to extended retention of title.
5. The lessee undertakes to treat the rented instrument with care. He is liable to the lessor for all negligent or
intentional damage and loss.
