The HGL5 has a walnut body and a solid spruce top, which is matt lacquered. It produces a bright sound and excellent resonance. This guitar received excellent reviews and offers incredible quality for a low price! We only use local wood for the Höfner GREEN LINE classical guitars: walnut or maple for the body, solid spruce for the top. The surface is treated with environmentally friendly varnishes.
