The Manuel Rodríguez ECOLOGÍA series reflects the traditions of European guitar making of our great-grandfathers.
At its core, the series is built on these ancient traditions and thus represents the latest ecological standards. Not a single tropical wood is used. Instead, European woods such as spruce, walnut, maple, and acacia are used. Furthermore, only water-based eco-matte varnish is used. This holistic, ecologically sustainable design clearly sets the ECOLOGÍA series apart from other guitars.
In terms of sound, these instruments , handcrafted in Europe, are moderately tuned and designed for a balanced sound . This is ensured, among other things, by the traditional dovetail neck construction, which guarantees not only high stability but also excellent vibration transmission.
A special feature of all 4/4 guitars by Manuel Rodríguez is the GEWA armrest , which offers two decisive advantages: Its rounded shape ensures a particularly pleasant playing feel and allows the top to vibrate freely over its entire surface, as it prevents dampening by the right arm resting on it.

Hannabach 815HTC strings, made in Germany, are fitted at the factory and perfectly round off the sound concept of this series.
The instruments of the Manuel Rodríguez ECOLOGÍA series are available in all five standard sizes, down to the small 1/4 guitar.
